11. Refund Policy

All payments made to AppsNxt Cloud Solutions are non-refundable once the service has been initiated, activated, or delivered in part or full. This includes software deployments, cloud service activations, custom development, consulting hours, and subscription-based services. If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We recommend evaluating our services or requesting a demo before making any payment.
