7. Service Availability & Modifications

11. Refund Policy

At AppsNxt Cloud Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality software solutions and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing to any of our services.

All payments made to AppsNxt Cloud Solutions are non-refundable once the service has been initiated, activated, or delivered in part or full. This includes but is not limited to software deployments, cloud service activations, custom development or integrations, consulting or technical support hours, and subscription-based services once the billing cycle starts.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any refund, reversal, or credit once the service has commenced. We recommend that you evaluate our services, request a demo, or consult our team to ensure they meet your needs before making any payment.

If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the matter and provide a response, though refunds will be granted only in cases of clear billing errors. Please note refunds will be credited within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
